AnswerWe operate 24 hours a day, all year around, we never close (not even during holiday periods).

QuestionIs VAT included in the fare?
AnswerWe do not charge VAT.

QuestionIs Gratuity (tip) included in the fare?
AnswerNo, it is up to you to gratuite or not.

QuestionHow can I book a transfer?
AnswerThe best way to book is via our web server , if there is less         than 24hrs before your travel, please phone +44 (0) 7879 431164.

QuestionDo I have to make a booking in advance, or can I call when I arrive?
AnswerIt is always best to book, without a booking you may have to wait up to 60 mins approx, longer at         peak times times..

QuestionHow can I complain?
AnswerYou can either email the manager or telephone. Our call centre will take the brief details of the         complaint then a manager or supervisor will deal with the complaint.

QuestionHow can I pay for my transfer?
AnswerWe accept all major credit cards, and payment is made through our secure server.You can also pay         by card (surcharge applies) on the day of travel or by cash.

QuestionDo you cater only for the business user?
AnswerNo, our chauffeur service is available for anyone wishing to travel is style.

QuestionWhat happens when I arrive at the airport?
AnswerYour chauffeur will meet you with a named board (your name or company name) in the arrivals hall        after you have cleared customs and baggage handling.

Question I am just travelling with hand baggage?
AnswerIf you are expecting to clear customs very fast please tell us at point of booking, your chauffeur will         be at the airport when the plane lands.

QuestionMy plane is late or delayed?
AnswerDo not worry our drivers and office monitor arrival times closely.

QuestionI have missed my inbound flight?
AnswerIf this happens you should inform us as soon as possible, failure to do so will result in you being                 charged

QuestionDo you only carry people?
AnswerNo we are also insured for the express delivery of small packages / parcels.

QuestionDo you apply night surcharges?
AnswerYes, we have an increased cost per mile rate from the hours of 11pm to 5am in the morning

QuestionAre you insured?
AnswerYes, First Executive Travel are fully insured, and are happy to fax copies to companies if required.

QuestionDo I have to pay extra for meet and greet?
AnswerNo, this is included in the price.

QuestionAre there extra’s to pay for?
AnswerYes, on arrival we give you 40 min waiting time, additional waiting is charged at £20 per hour or part off.         You will also have to pay for the car park around £4 and if paying by card a card surcharge.

QuestionI am travelling with a colleague will I have to pay more?
AnswerOnly if you are going to different end destinations.

Question I have some large luggage items?
AnswerPlease tell us at the point of booking so that we can work out the best vehicle for your needs.

QuestionI am flying in from America and would like to shower and relax before being picked up?
AnswerThis is no problem, just tell us the flight number and terminal you are arriving at, and what time you                 would like to be picked up. Remember that to get to some lounges you still have to clear customs and         baggage.
