Terms and Conditions

  • Please be aware that this booking service is for a quote and booking confirmations only. Payment for which can be made through our secure service “PayPal” or through our office by contacting + 44 (0) 1256 409028. We also have the ability to take card payments in the car or cash.
  • A surcharge will apply for credit card payments.
  • In the event that we can not fulfil your booking requirements all monies we be refunded.
  • May we take this opportunity of thanking you for your patronage. One of our team will be calling you shortly to verify you’re booking and to give you contact details of the driver selected for your journey. First Executive Travel is a website and is a unique private hire and chauffeur service to member of the general public normally resident in the Hampshire area, Clients booking with First Executive Travel can travel secure in the knowledge that vehicles driven by its co- operative members are fully insured and have been licensed by the local authority.
  • For those customers paying by cash or credit card, you may request a receipt from your driver. If for any reason you did not receive a receipt for your journey, please feel free to email this office at bookings@firstexecutivetravel.co.uk quoting your reference number and a new one will be sent to you.
  • Whilst First Executive Travel makes every effort to get you to your destination on time, they cannot be held responsible for any foreseen and unforeseen events that may cause delay like bad weather (snow, ice, storms, floods, fog etc) or extreme traffic conditions or accidents.
  • Our vehicles are fully serviced and MOT’d in line with government regulations. We can not be  held responsible for unforeseen breakdowns or mechanical failures.
  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to check to check travel schedules, for example flight times and departure times in advance of travel. Any recommendations as to time of departure or vehicle type are merely suggestions. The final decision rests with the person making the booking.
  • It is the law in the UK for customers to wear seat belts.
  • The hirer is responsible for ensuring the general conduct and behaviour of the people travelling. First Executive Travel will refuse to carry any customers who’s general conduct is abusive or threatening towards the driver or car.
  • Our vehicles are non-smoking in line with UK law.
  • First Executive Travel will invoice or charge a £75 fee, if fouling of vehicle has taken place.
  • Passenger’s property is carried entirely at the owner’s risk, and the company shall not be    responsible for loss or damage.
  • If property is found inside the vehicle after a journey we will endeavour to contact the owner /            client and return the items. The customer will be responsible for the return postage or courier           charges. All lost property will be kept for 1 month only.
  • The consumption of food or alcohol is not permitted in the car unless first agreed by First Executive Travel.
  • We operate a 24 hours service and our booking times are from 6am to 9pm.
  • Waiting time beyond that agreed will be charged at £20 in 15 min increments.
  • We do not provide children seats or booster cushions. If travelling with children it is your    responsibility to ensure correct seats are provided. We are happy to store these for your return pick up.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your vehicle please call First Executive Travel as soon as possible. No fee’s will be charged in the car has not been dispatched (usually 1.5 – 2 hour         window). If the car has been dispatched we will call the vehicle back and mileage will be charged at £1.50 per mile, up to the maximum job price if car has already reached it destination.  
  • If you are a disabled passenger it is important that you give us as much information as possible about your needs or requirements.
  • Are you travelling with an escort?
  • Do you have a wheel chair folding or electric?
  • Are you able to sit in a car or do you need a higher vehicle?

    If we are unable to meet your needs we will endeavour to help you find the right vehicle in the        Basingstoke area.

  • We do not carry animals in the cars except guide dogs accompanying registered blind or deaf persons.
  • We do accept account holders subject to our acceptance. All booking to be made by email or writing. Invoices are payable within 21 days of invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty fee of 0.5% a day. If payment is not received we reserve the right to start legal proceedings to retrieve monies and legal fees.
  • We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  • By booking with First Executive Travel it is accepted that you accept these terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
